Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more before tax and after discounts. Orders under $75 are charged a flat $6.95 standard-shipping fee.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and remote areas may require additional time.

Customers receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation with tracking when the order leaves our facility. Carriers may need up to 48 hours to display the first tracking scan.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping charges may apply.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then email us within 7 days of the delivery scan. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include the order number and clear photos of the package and item.
