These Terms govern use of this website and purchases from ATELIER CLOTHING LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Delivery, and Returns & Refunds policies.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use site content for unlawful purposes.

We aim to present products, colors, availability, descriptions, and prices accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect color appearance.
