How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more before tax and after discounts. Orders below $75 have a $6.95 standard-shipping fee.

Eligible items may be returned when a request is made within 30 calendar days after delivery.

How should I care for an item?

Follow the care label and product-page instructions. When they differ, the sewn-in care label controls.

Email us promptly. We can cancel or edit an order only before fulfillment begins.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions.
